Myricetin (3,3′,4′,5,5′,7-Hexahydroxyflavone) is a cell-permeable flavanoid used in inflammatory, diabetes, and cancer studies. Myricetin has been shown to act as a non-ATP competitive inhibitor of MEK-1, and an ATP-competitive inhibitor of casein kinases I & II, Insulin Receptor, Myosin LC kinase, Protein Kinases A, Protein Kinases C. Myricetin is an inhibitor of CYP2C9, CYP3A4, and MYLK.
