Cytodiagnostics unique multiplex nanoparticle colorimetric secondary detection kit allows for simultaneous detection of up to two antigens in immunoblotting applications such as western blots and dot-blots.
Detection can be performed visually and does not require the use of expensive imaging equipment, which is required for multiplex western blots with fluorescent detection.
