間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞是特征明確的一類**干細(xì)胞。它們有發(fā)育為成熟細(xì)胞的潛在能力而產(chǎn)生脂肪、軟骨、骨骼和肌肉。這些特性與它們發(fā)育中的可塑性共同作用,使人們對(duì)用間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞來(lái)替換受損組織的潛在能力產(chǎn)生了極大的興趣。間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞無(wú)血清培養(yǎng),在轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子作用下會(huì)分化成軟骨細(xì)胞。相反,在有血清、抗壞血酸和地塞米松的作用下會(huì)分化成成骨細(xì)胞。間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞有能力更新和分化成多種間充質(zhì)組織。間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞有潛能被移植到受損傷的部位或者種植到仿生支架上,生長(zhǎng)形成適當(dāng)?shù)慕M織結(jié)構(gòu)。
Sciencell研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室的人脂肪充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞是從人脂肪組織中分離得到的,原代凍存,冰凍運(yùn)輸。每管細(xì)胞密度*過(guò)5×10^5/ml。人脂肪間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞經(jīng)免疫熒光鑒定、和CD73,CD90,CD105的抗體鑒定,以及分化后的脂質(zhì)染色鑒定。本細(xì)胞經(jīng)檢測(cè)不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實(shí)驗(yàn)室特制的培養(yǎng)基,可保證此細(xì)胞15倍增增殖。
