成纖維細胞是來源于胚胎中胚層的間充質(zhì)細胞,是*容易體外培養(yǎng)的細胞之一,廣泛應(yīng)用于許多細胞學(xué)和生物學(xué)研究。它們的耐用性也使它們適用于從細胞轉(zhuǎn)染到顯微注射的各種操作。它們負責(zé)在結(jié)締組織中細胞外基質(zhì)的合成,并在傷口**中發(fā)揮核心作用。成纖維細胞可分泌富含I型和/或III型膠原的非剛性細胞外基質(zhì)。人膀胱基質(zhì)成纖維細胞也可分泌主要與膀胱上皮細胞作用的FGF-7。FGF-7對多層膀胱上皮形成的刺激作用很重要。
Sciencell研究實驗室的人膀胱微血管內(nèi)皮細胞是從人膀胱組織中分離得到的,一代凍存,冰凍運輸。每管細胞密度*過5×10^5/ml。該細胞可通過纖連蛋白的免疫熒光鑒定。本細胞經(jīng)檢測不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實驗室特制的培養(yǎng)基,可保證此細胞15倍增殖。
