結(jié)腸直腸是惡性和非惡性血液病中的主要器官。位于結(jié)腸粘膜表面的細(xì)胞形成了主要的機(jī)械屏障,用于分離機(jī)體內(nèi)部與外部環(huán)境。除了上皮細(xì)胞在離子交換中的作用外,這些細(xì)胞還可作為膜免疫系統(tǒng)中的整體部件發(fā)揮作用。在體外,人結(jié)腸上皮細(xì)胞可產(chǎn)生T細(xì)胞抗體,而在體內(nèi),該細(xì)胞可被刺激表達(dá)II級(jí)HLA和細(xì)胞內(nèi)黏附分子。它們也可針對(duì)改變的基因表達(dá)和成長特點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生許多細(xì)胞因子。另外,正常結(jié)腸上皮細(xì)胞也可表達(dá)α3, α5, α6, β1 和 β4整合蛋白。
Sciencell研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室的人結(jié)腸上皮細(xì)胞是從人結(jié)腸中分離得到的,一代凍存,冰凍運(yùn)輸。每管細(xì)胞密度*過5×10^5 ml。該細(xì)胞可通過CK-18和CK-19特異性抗體的免疫熒光鑒定。該細(xì)胞不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實(shí)驗(yàn)室特制的培養(yǎng)基,可保證此細(xì)胞10倍增值。
