Description
The DNA marker is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments in agarose and polyacryamide gel electrophoresis. The pBR322 DNA is completely digested with HaeIII and yields 22 fragments in size (in bp): 587, 540, 504, 458, 434, 267, 234, 213, 192, 184, 124, 123, 104, 89, 80. 64, 57, 51, 21, 18, 11, 8 (obscure bands).
Storage Buffer
10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 1mM EDTA. Store at -20°C
6X Loading Dye Solution
10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 60mM EDTA, 0.03% bromophenol blue, 0.03% xylene cyanol FF and 60% glycerol
Usage Recommendation
Use 0.05-0.10μg of the DNA ladder per 1mm width of gel lane
