Sulfo-Cyanine3 azide是用于點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)的水溶疊氮染料。其激發(fā)和發(fā)射波長與Cy®熒光團(tuán)相同。 由于這種染料的高亮度，耐光性，再加上在水中高溶解度的特點(diǎn)，該染料成為點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)中水相標(biāo)記各種分子的理想選擇。 在水相中不需有機(jī)共溶劑即可進(jìn)行點(diǎn)擊反應(yīng)（Click reaction）。該染料是為標(biāo)記敏感的分子如蛋白甚至完整的生物體而設(shè)計(jì)。 該試劑是1:1混合的crystallosolvate和methanol。但不會(huì)對熒光團(tuán)性能和應(yīng)用有任何影響。
