Description :

Adding Additive FS into the viral capture buffer optimizes capture yield of most viruses.  One unit of Additive FS must be solubilized in 0.5 mL of Solvent FS according to the datasheet. After solubilization, this additive is concentrated 100X. It must be diluted with Buffer TAS, water and sample to reach a final 1X concentration before adding the magnetic beads. For stability reasons, Additive FS must be added just before the incubation step, follow the dilution instructions given in the datasheet. Unopened, the shelf life for this product is 5 years at 2-8°C. After solubilization, it is stored at -20°C as noted in the datasheet. This product is sold with its solubilization buffer.
