BDP FL NHS ester是一種在488nm通道的染料，是一種類(lèi)似于BODIPY FL® NHS ester的分子，還是熒光素的替代劑。用于標(biāo)記蛋白和多肽的氨基活性染料。
雖然這種熒光染料的吸收和發(fā)射光譜比FAM的激發(fā)和發(fā)射通道范圍小，處在其范圍內(nèi)，但BDP FL NHS ester有著更好的耐光性，在亮光下表現(xiàn)突出。但是在單色光分光器上，如果能調(diào)整到染料的*大發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)處，將檢測(cè)到更大信號(hào)亮度。
這種染料是中性的，小分子量，在結(jié)合物中也能保持高的量子產(chǎn)率。
該染料能夠很好的替代fluorescein (FAM), BODIPY-FL, Alexa Fluor 488, DyLight 488, Cy2及其他在488nm納米處激發(fā)的熒光染料。
