biotech使用說(shuō)明 
    1. 細(xì)胞的增殖和細(xì)胞毒實(shí)驗(yàn)，一般可在96孔細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)板中進(jìn)行。   
    2. 每孔加入100微升細(xì)胞懸液。細(xì)胞的數(shù)量取決于實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康暮团囵B(yǎng)時(shí)間。增殖實(shí)驗(yàn)每孔通常加入103個(gè)以上數(shù)量的細(xì)胞；細(xì)胞毒性實(shí)驗(yàn)每孔至少加入5x103個(gè)或以上數(shù)量的細(xì)胞（具體每孔所用的細(xì)胞的數(shù)目，需根據(jù)細(xì)胞的大小，細(xì)胞增殖速度的快慢等因素確定）。   
    3. 接種的細(xì)胞按照實(shí)驗(yàn)需要，送入細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)箱進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)。增殖實(shí)驗(yàn)通常要給予0-10微升特定的藥物或生長(zhǎng)因子進(jìn)行刺激。細(xì)胞毒實(shí)驗(yàn)通常要給予0-10微升抑制因子或細(xì)胞毒藥物；   
    4．培養(yǎng)結(jié)束后，取出阿爾瑪藍(lán)試劑，置室溫融化混勻，于潔凈工作臺(tái)內(nèi)按10微升/孔加入微孔板中，在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)繼續(xù)孵育12－24小時(shí)，培養(yǎng)液顏色由藍(lán)變?yōu)榉奂t（如采用熒光分光光度法，只需孵育5－8小時(shí)）；    
    5．在570nm測(cè)定吸光度，參考波長(zhǎng)600nm。如無(wú)此濾光片， 可用565 nm 和 610 nm的濾光片替代。  
    6．也可用熒光分光光度法檢測(cè)，激發(fā)光波長(zhǎng)在530-560 nm之間，發(fā)射光波長(zhǎng)為590 nm。檢測(cè)時(shí)間可在結(jié)果以熒光強(qiáng)度表示。
