biosensis細胞的來源多樣，培養(yǎng)方法也各不相同，凡是來源于胚胎、組織器官及外周血，經(jīng)特殊分離方法制備而來的原初培養(yǎng)的細胞稱之為原代細胞。原代細胞經(jīng)分散接種之手段稱為傳代。凡能經(jīng)傳代方式進行再次培養(yǎng)的細胞稱為傳代細胞。若能穩(wěn)定生長傳至10~20代以上的細胞可確立為細胞系。若有條件能開展單細胞克隆、純化，經(jīng)大量擴增后所形成的生物學特性穩(wěn)定的克隆化細胞群，稱之為細胞株或克隆細胞。此過程稱為細胞的純化或細胞克隆。
